Service

Service is the life of Christ’s Love put into action. Love of neighbor is the heart of Jesus’ teaching in the Gospels, so charity is the most effective method of evangelization. By serving our neighbor, we show them the face of Jesus. Since service strengthens relationships, Unity High School sees service as a goal best taken up by the whole community.

Each student and faculty member will contribute and report their individual service works, but all of the efforts will work toward completing a community-wide goal of service hours to be set at the beginning of the year. This will fulfill our school mission of building relationships with Jesus Christ as well as building Unity’s own relationships with our home parish and the neighboring community.
